ADMISSION AND RETENTION POLICY
The access a this camp from tourism is free, without more restrictions that the derivatives from the laws* and the present regulations.
Persons who have been previously expelled for violation of the rules established in these Regulations, or who have not voluntarily paid for services previously rendered, shall not be allowed to enter.
The Management of the establishment may request the assistance of agents of the authority to proceed to the expulsion of those users who contravene these Internal Regulations, or who attempt to access or remain in the establishment for a purpose other than that established for its specific or peaceful use as a tourist establishment.
Persons who show obvious signs of drunkenness or have consumed narcotic substances will not be allowed to enter.
Access is not allowed to persons who are not duly registered as guests at the tourist camp.
With respect to visitors, and at the discretion of the Management, family and friends may be authorized to enter, at the request of the registered client, for a limited period of time. These visitors must register at the Reception Office, presenting a valid identity document and paying the established fee. If the agreed time is exceeded, the visitor will be considered a day customer, and any outstanding payment will be the responsibility of the customer registered at the campsite.
ENTRY REGISTER
If the following requirements are not met, access to the campsite will not be allowed.
The entrance to the accommodation in the campsite will require the presentation of a valid identification document, such as ID card, driver’s license or passport, in addition to completing the documentation required by the Spanish authorities at each moment. It will also be necessary to complete the corresponding admission form.
All persons over 16 years of age are required to be properly documented.
The following documents are accepted for customer identification:
For Spaniards: D.N.I., passport or driver’s license.
For foreigners: passport, letter or identity card.
For foreigners residing in Spain: Spanish residence permit or foreigner’s identity card.
All minors staying at our facilities unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians must have in their possession a valid ID card or passport, and present a written authorization signed by the parents or legal guardians, which must include a photocopy of the ID card, passport or driver’s license of the parent or legal guardian of the minor.
In camping:
Check-in hours from 09:00 to 22:00 and departure (check-out) 24 hours after check-in.
In Bungalow:
Check-in time: 15:00 h and check-out time: 12:00 h. 12:00 h.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A reservation is understood to be a request for accommodation to the company by the client prior to the start of the tourist accommodation service.
The formalization of a reservation presupposes the acceptance, on the part of the client, of the Reservation and Cancellation Policy, as well as the Internal Rules, which, in general, regulate the stays in the Camping.
Reservations will be confirmed or denied by any system or means that allows to have a record of their communication.
The campsite shall require from the tourists, or from the intermediary company, as the case may be, an advance payment of the price, which shall be understood to be on account of the amount resulting from the services rendered. Such advance payment shall be 50% of the reservation amount. The remaining amount of the reservation (50%) will be paid at check-in.
Cancellation of reservations:
If a reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the deposit will be made.
If a reservation is cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, half of the deposit will be refunded.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, no refund of the deposit will be made.
These penalties will not be applicable when the cancellation of the reservation is due to force majeure, duly accredited.
The campsite will return to the customer the full amount that has been required as an advance when making a reservation, when the reservation is canceled for reasons not attributable to the user.
The cancellation of the stay before the scheduled date of departure does not give rise to any economic refund, with respect to the days pending consumption. The best criterion favorable to the client will be the will of the Management.
No changes to the reservation are allowed within 15 days of the arrival date.

SCHEDULES
Reception Office in high season.
From 09:00 to 22:00 for registration and cancellation procedures.
From 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 for other matters
Camping:
From 09:00 to 22:00 to the installation of units of camping
Silence and rest:
From 23:00 to 07:00 for the silent period
From 15:00 to 17:00 for rest period
Other services and facilities are set at tables located in the Reception Office and corresponding facilities.
During the rest period, guests are requested to avoid any kind of noise, such as voices or discussions. During these hours, silence will be intensified, prohibiting the circulation of vehicles within the enclosure, as well as the assembly or disassembly of the camping units.
CAMPING
Users must set up in the designated plot or area at the time of admission. Any change of location must be previously authorized.
Only items that have been registered at the time of entry will be allowed to be installed.
In case the client plans to leave the campsite leaving his camping unit or vehicle on the premises, he will be obliged to inform the Reception Office. The campsite management may accept the absence under agreed conditions according to the circumstances, or, failing that, require the client to leave the site with all his belongings.
Customers who use motorhomes for their travels and leave the plot free during these periods must communicate it in order to avoid occupying their space by mistake.
The occupation of spaces that are manifestly disproportionate to the number of people using them will not be allowed in non-parceled areas. Any area larger than that corresponding to the number of campers, shelters and/or vehicles, in case it is parceled, will be considered disproportionate.
Customers must pay the price of the services invoiced and the Camping Management may demand payment at any time.
The stay rates are calculated per day, ending 24 hours after check-in for camping and at 12:00 a.m. for bungalows. and at 12:00 a.m. for bungalows. If the client does not leave the occupied area at that time, it will be considered an extension of the stay for an additional day.
Customers planning to leave before the Reception Office opens must settle their account the day before.
The prices displayed at the Reception Office are considered valid.
The entrance or stay rates include the following services for the client:
- First aid kit
- Drinking water consumption
- Street lighting
- Power sockets in washbasins
- Showers, sinks and toilets
- Evacuation of gray and black water
- Sinks and sinks
- Garbage collection
ENTRY OF ANIMALS

VEHICLE TRAFFIC
Within the campground, vehicles must limit their speed to 5 km/h. Vehicle use is restricted to customer access and egress.
The circulation of all types of motor vehicles is prohibited during the established hours of silence and rest.
The use of vehicle horns is prohibited, except in cases of force majeure.
Customers must park their vehicles in the designated parking lots and/or plots, avoiding at all times parking on the interior roads or in areas that hinder the access of vehicles and people.
After the start of the silence period, vehicles returning to the campsite will not be allowed to enter the camping area. Instead, you will be able to park in the parking lot in the reception area if spaces are available. Once the parking lot is full, vehicles will not be allowed to enter or park inside the campground.
SOUND SYSTEMS
Listening to music through equipment installed in vehicles, portable equipment or mobile devices is prohibited. Listening to music or radio will be done through personal listening equipment (headphones).
As for television or radio equipment located in tents, caravans or motorhomes, they must maintain a minimum volume level so as not to disturb the nearest occupied plots.
OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMERS
The following obligations must be contemplated by the housed persons:
- Accept and comply with the Internal Regulations of the establishment.
- Follow the basic rules of safety, coexistence, morality and hygiene for the proper use of the facility, especially during the camping activity, where it is required to preserve civility, health and mutual respect. Behavior of people under the influence of alcohol or drugs that alter or may alter the coexistence in the campsite will not be tolerated.
- Properly use the control and identification systems of persons or vehicles established for each situation.
- Respect the flora, fauna and all the facilities of the campsite, making proper use of them.
- To inform the Management about cases of contagious diseases of which they are aware.
- Leaving the campsite at the end of the agreed time, unless a mutual extension has been agreed between the Company and the client.
- Maintain the campsite in the same conditions as when you arrived.
- Use designated facilities for washing kitchen utensils and clothes.
- Collaborate in the separation of solid waste in the corresponding containers:
- Immediately inform the campsite staff of any accident or emergency in order to take the necessary measures.
- Customers with caravans or motorhomes for prolonged parking must have insurance covering fire, explosion, lightning, extended warranties, water damage, theft and spoliation (including belongings) and civil liability.
- Take adequate precautions to protect your belongings and interests.
- Carry and show the personal identification elements provided by the Management at the request of the campsite staff.
- Use extension cords from feeding electric built with cable type hose and connection plug for outdoors. The cable a use should be continuous, without splices or extenders of interconnection. PROHIBITIONS
It is forbidden:
- Disturbing the rest of the rest of the campers.
- To practice games or sports that can disturb to other campers, as well as as any collective activity of any kind without having the express authorization of the Management.
- Access the reception or the bar-restaurant with your torso uncovered.
- Access barefoot to toilets, laundry rooms, reception or bar-restaurant.
- Lighting barbecues or any fire throughout the campsite.
- Consumption of narcotics or similar.
- To carry out “botellones”.
- The placement of fixed elements such as: closures or structures to generate shade.

- Tending garments in unauthorized places.
- Perform ditches or any type of movement of earth, as well as move the milestones that limit the plots.
- Sowing plants or picking fruit from trees or shrubs on the campsite without prior authorization.
- It is prohibited to install ropes or wires between two or more trees, lampposts or any other fixed element. Likewise, it is forbidden to nail any type of element or object to the aforementioned elements or to anchor any object to them.

- Enter on the Camping to persons not housed on it, as described in the admission policy.
- It is forbidden to carry out hygienic activities by campers and/or animals outside the areas established for this purpose.
- Parking vehicles outside authorized places.
- Wash the vehicles or any operation of repair or maintenance that may cause damage to the environment.
- Use the vehicles (e.g.: motorcycles or electric scooters) for walking or playing inside the campsite.
- Washing utensils or laundry in water sources.
- To make connections fixed to the sockets of water common.
- Use cables o accessories electric for carry out tomas from currents, that no be the standardized . The cables will not be spliced or joined with multiple extension cords.
- To realize laying electrical for lighting outside from the caravans or tents.
- The sale of any item at the inside of Camping.
- Mount or dismount the units from camping at Silent Hours .
- The use of the services outside of its schedule established.
- To carry out any action that can damage to the property, hygiene and appearance of the Camping.
- A the customers with caravans o motorhomes at regime from parking prolonged, leave household goods, equipment from sound-image, bicycles, etc., at general from certain value and outside the manufacturer’s own equipment.
- The use of canisters from gas butane domestic (13 Kg), unless they are part of the installation of series from manufacturer from accommodation y have the corresponding certificate of installation updated.
- Empty at the toilets the W.C. chemicals from the caravans and motorhomes, for this purpose the corresponding landfill facility will be used.
- The entry of industrial vehicles.

SANCTIONS
Failure to comply with the obligations, prohibitions or rules stipulated in these regulations shall constitute sufficient grounds for the unilateral termination of the housing contract, without the offender being entitled to any compensation whatsoever. Any camper who transgresses any of the established prohibitions, fails to follow the instructions set forth in these Regulations, fails to comply with the basic rules of education and social coexistence, and in general, does not respect the fundamental principles of civilized life, will be formally invited to leave the facilities. If this invitation is not complied with, you may be expelled from the campsite by decision of the campsite management and/or the competent authority, in accordance with the provisions of current tourism legislation, without prejudice to the financial and other penalties that the competent authority may impose.
INFORMATION
At the Camping Reception Office, all regulatory information and any other information considered relevant to the camper is available to customers. In addition, the user has the possibility to express their opinions, suggestions, complaints or claims related to the quality of services and facilities. To do so, you can use the mechanisms established in the Reception Office, which include:

RESPONSIBILITY
The Camping declines all responsibility for thefts and damages derived from the same, as well as for any type of subtraction that the clients may suffer, who are requested to cooperate in this respect, recommending them to take the appropriate precautions to protect their belongings and interests. The company also assumes no liability for damages caused by other customers, third parties or natural events, including atmospheric incidents.
In cases of adverse weather conditions such as strong winds or continuous rain, clients are expected to take care of their belongings, even considering abandoning the camp if necessary. The Company has liability insurance to cover the risks associated with the provision of its services.
*Decree 9/2017, of June 15, regulating the accommodation establishments in the modality of Camping in the Community of Castilla y León and Law 14/2010, of December 9, of Tourism of Castilla y León, regulates in articles 38 and 39 the accommodation establishments in the modality of camping, as a modality of the tourist accommodation establishments.
