reservation and cancellation policy
A reservation is defined as a request for lodging made by a customer to the company prior to the start of the tourist lodging service.
By making a reservation, the customer agrees to abide by the Reservation and Cancellation Policy, as well as the Internal Rules, which generally govern stays at the campground.
Reservations will be confirmed or denied through any system or method that provides a record of the communication.
The campground will require tourists—or the travel agency, if applicable—to pay an advance payment, which will be considered a down payment toward the total amount for the services provided. This advance payment will be 50% of the reservation total. The remaining 50% of the reservation amount must be paid upon check-in.
Reservation Cancellations:
If a reservation is canceled 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date, the full amount of the deposit paid will be refunded.
If a reservation is canceled between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, half of the deposit paid will be refunded.
If a reservation is canceled less than 15 days before the scheduled check-in date, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
These penalties shall not apply when the cancellation of the reservation is due to a duly documented case of force majeure.
The campground will refund the customer the full amount required as a deposit when making a reservation if the customer cancels the reservation for reasons not attributable to the customer.
Canceling a stay before the scheduled departure date does not entitle the guest to any refund for the remaining days of the stay. Management reserves the right to make any decision that is most favorable to the guest.
Changes to the reservation are not permitted within 15 days of the arrival date.
All requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: info@campingarribesdelduero.com
